Generators

Shipping to all commercial addresses and the majority of residential addresses in the continental United States include FREE FREIGHT.

Most generators exceed the weight limitations of FedEx and UPS Ground. Therefore, manufacturers utilize freight shipping to ship generators directly to our customers via large commercial semi trucks. The freight carrier is selected by the manufacturer.

Once your order ships, the freight company will call you to schedule the delivery. They will recommend a delivery time, but you are welcome to modify this recommendation based on your own schedule.


RETURNS

T-REX GENERATORS strives for 100% customer satisfaction.

If a product is returned, it must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase (invoice date) to a facility per the instructions of T-REX GENERATORS.

Please note that after gas or oil has been added to power equipment, federal regulations prohibit shipping any such power equipment unless the gas and oil has been professionally removed from the power equipment. This means that if you add gas or oil to a generator purchased from T-Rex, it cannot be returned and must be taken to an authorized service center for repair in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns for refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

* Return is shipped within 30 days of invoice date
* Returned product is in new condition with all included items and packaging
* Customer has called and received authorization from T-Rex prior to shipping
* Product is reboxed properly for damage free shipping
* Customer will pay all freight charges, shipping to and shipping back
* A 15% restocking fee will be charged

*Refund does not include shipping/handling fees. Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected packages. It is recommended that the customer insure the package for its full retail value. This guarantee applies only to retail consumer purchaser (users) and does not apply to independent agents or any person who has purchased product for resale. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for refund processing. Void where prohibited by law.

If customer returns a damaged generator to T-Rex, the unit will be returned to customer at customer's expense. The generator will only be returned after customer prepays return shipping.

Note: Boliy generators require partial assembly and may require user to make altitude related adjustment for the generator to run optimally at a specific altitude.


Warranty Information

Having warranty work performed on a generator purchased from T-REX GENERATORS is very much like having warranty work performed on a generator purchased from a neighborhood hardware store. If a problem arises that requires service while the generator is under warranty, the local hardware store simply refers you to a local service center. T-REX GENERATORS operates in much the same manner. All of our new generators are backed by a minimum of a one-year manufacturer's warranty (varies by manufacturer and product line). If your generator requires warranty service, you can take it to one of the manufacturer's authorized service centers.

Note: The Boliy and Magna warranties are manufacturer parts only limited warranties.
